How was your Xmas? Here it was stay in bed most of the day. For almost a month now we almost never get any sleep at all. We try to exercise and do other healthy holistic things, but our endurance is really low. We're trying to get earlier doctor appointments to see what to do next. Despite all of this, we know in general terms we're doing the right things. Protect yourself.
A long day of errands and trying to not relapse from exhaustion. Stimulants will only make things worse. You don't have to singlehandedly save the world all by yourself. Just find a piece to work on. Protect yourself.
It's a constant struggle to not dissociate and black out. Constant exhaustion and don't pig out on stimulants. It will just make things worse. Why? Because that's all there is that you can do.
