Face Your Pain Head On

A long day of facing trauma pain head on. You feel abandoned, angry, have body pain, hallucinations and more. Despite all of that, it wasn't your fault. You're not some psychotic monster. You try to protect your well being as best you can. It's not your job to save the world all by yourself.

Fighting to Not Fall Apart

Listen and repeat. You have no control over the horrible things that others say and do. Nobody forces them to do this. They CHOOSE to do this. Which means they deal with the consequences. You have to set boundaries. You have to protect your well being. Others in the "immediate family" lie and manipulate. But you do your best to stand up for your well being. You did nothing wrong. You aren't a threat to anybody. Including yourself. Protect yourself.

Don't Relapse

Fighting to not relapse. This will only make your pain worse. Protect yourself.

Don't Relapse

Trying to keep our sense of being grounded. Don't take on the pain of the rest of the world in addition to your own trauma pain. One minute you feel really sad. Then you have a tiny moment of clarity. But what that happens, you still feel scared. But you do your best. This just in. The UK House votes down the Brexit deal for the second time. If the UK leaves the EU with no deal, will the country fall apart? Protect yourself.

Symptoms Never Go Away

Another night of nightmares and almost no sleep. Constant exhaustion, but you have to fight back to try and keep some sense of being grounded. You have to. You have no control over others that say and do horrible things. Nobody makes them act that way. They choose to and deal with the consequences. Protect yourself.

Severe Mood Swings

One minute there's some sense of balance. Then despair. But what else can you do but fight back? You can't just sit back and do nothing. You have to protect your well being. You can save the world all by yourself? No. Be aware and care. But your well being has to come first. It's not your fault. You did nothing wrong. Stay safe.

Lots of Triggering Stuff Today

It's a very triggering day today. A new shooting in the US. Trump lies about a "national emergency" so he can steal money from the government. No government shutdown. But the national debt is over $22 trillion. Got almost no sleep last night. Right now, just trying to focus and not relapse. The longer you go without a relapse, the more debilitating your trauma pain is. This makes your addictions worse. Stimulants is one of the worse. Health is one thing. Physical and emotional. Not two. Stay safe.

Don't Dissociate

Fighting to not relapse. Don't put yourself in a potentially dangerous situation. It will just make the pain worse. Stay well.

Screen Everything

A long day of fighting symptoms and to not have a dissociative relapse. The pain and despair is always there. But you know that you don't have a choice. You have to fight back. You don't want to have a relapse and literally fall apart. We don't want to make our heart disease and other health problems worse. Because everything is connected. Why do others say and do horrible things? We don't know. Despite that, they choose to do that. They then deal with the consequences. You did nothing wrong. It's not your fault. You have to face your trauma history head on, unless it endangers you in some way. Be aware, care and try to make things better. But your well being comes first.

Catchng Up

Finally feel like our system is back in some balance. Symptoms and pain are still there. But our appetite and being able to lose weight have returned. Now, continue to set boundaries and protect your well being as best you can. How's your part of the world?

Symptoms, Pain and Protecting Yourself

A long day of fighting symptoms and exhaustion. Finally we'll be able to pick up two heart meds to hopefully help with weight gain and other problems. Is it something else? At this point, we don't think so. Screen everything because weird triggering stuff is everywhere. On bad days at times you feel like you're going to snap in two. But you have to fight back to try and keep some sense of being grounded. What choice do you have?

Protect Yourself

Day 32 of the government shutdown. The list of damage that this is casing continues to grow: Not being able to pay rent or mortgages Not being able to buy food Having to go to food banks who are struggling under an enormous demand to try and help people Not being able to pay co pays and deductables for necessary medication and medical treatment People possible dying from not being able to get treatment This is literally killing innocent people. But the politicians are acting like we don't care. Anything to get what we want. Symptoms and pain never go away. But we know that we're following the right things to protect ourselves. Thanks for the support. Pass our URL onto anyone that you think it might help.

Symptoms, Shutdowns and More

Finally a break from nightmares. But the exhaustion never stops. Don't have a relapse and not know where you are. It's like the full reality of how terrifying your trauma history was and continues to be hits you now. Because the pain never goes away. The government shutdown has hit one month. Despite the constant "behind the scenes negotiating continues" soundbites, is it really? Why then would people constantly be leaving Washington? For many, running for President is way more important than saving the country and people's lives. Protect yourself.

Day 29 and Will It Go on Forever?

Almost one month now and no end to the government shutdown. Trump went on TV and said he had a "major compromise". Total lie. Now innocent people will continue to not get paid, lose their homes, not be able to get life saving medicine or operations. Or they might die. The Republicans (also called racist neocons) think this is okay. You were stupid enough to take a government job? Shut up and deal with it. You lose everything (including possibly your life)? Fuck off. We fight symptoms and do our best to protect ourselves. It's not your fault. Does this happen in your part of the world?

Day 19 of the Shutdown

The shutdown continues. More innocent people are being endangered. At least one person has died. How come nobody's been prosecuted? Is this murder? Criminally negligent homicide? It's a fucking crime. I'm trying to protect myself as best I can. Set boundaries and keep you side of things clean. You can't just sit back and do nothing. Be careful.

Day 19 of the Government Shutdown

Trump and his racist bots don't care about anyone or anything else but their own power. He'll hire 17 new White House lawyers. But innocent federal employees? Fuck them. The pain never goes away. But you have to protect yourself. Stay safe.

The Wall Is a Waste of Money

Trump tried to sell his racist wall on TV. Pure lies and fear. Meanwhile the government shutdown continues. Trying hard not to fall apart from depression. Focus on tangible things. Don't let your guard down where you might relapse. You have to protect yourself. Stay in touch.

Screen Everything and Protect Yourself

Greetings to our worldwide audience. Tomorrow, racist Trump will have a national speech where he'll invoke a "national emergency" to justify building his racist wall. Meanwhile his government shutdown continues to destroy the economy, the US intl. reputation and innocent people's lives. NOBODY will prosecute him because that's the "custom" here. Sitting Presidents never get prosecuted. Also, former ones as well. Fighting hard to not fall apart from depression. Face it head on as best you can. But you don't want to just sink down and feel like there's no hope. I did nothing wrong. I refuse to destroy my life. I am not a failure in any way. Protect yourself.

Protect Yourself

Trying hard not to have a dissociative relapse. Just give in and your pain will magically disappear? No it won't. You have nothing to hide behind, and your trauma pain's flooding out. But it has to. The same rue applies to everybody. Don't relapse. Protect yourself.

How's Your Part of the World?

Happy 2019. How are things so far? Here, we're fighting hard not to have a dissociative relapse. There's that part of you that says just fall apart and your pain will go away. No, it will make it worse. This just shows that your can never let your guard down. The further along you go, the more debilitating your symptoms get. But you don't have a choice. Tomorrow it's back to the psychiatrist. Protect yourself.
