Catchng Up

Finally feel like our system is back in some balance. Symptoms and pain are still there. But our appetite and being able to lose weight have returned. Now, continue to set boundaries and protect your well being as best you can. How's your part of the world?

Symptoms, Pain and Protecting Yourself

A long day of fighting symptoms and exhaustion. Finally we'll be able to pick up two heart meds to hopefully help with weight gain and other problems. Is it something else? At this point, we don't think so. Screen everything because weird triggering stuff is everywhere. On bad days at times you feel like you're going to snap in two. But you have to fight back to try and keep some sense of being grounded. What choice do you have?

A Long Day of Fighting Back

Because you have to. That's why. Protect yourself.

Pain Is Always There

Trying to get an earlier cardiologist appointment because of problems with my appetite and lower endurance. Walking a couple of hundred yards is taxing. Not luck yet. Don't take on the pain of the world in addition to your pain. Don't dissociate. That will just make pain. Salt and sugar relapses will make it worse as well. Protect yourself.

It's Stopped for 3 Weeks. Or Has It?

The government shutdown has stopped for three weeks. Supposedly "new negotiations " will happen in the meantime to have new border security policies. If this doesn't work, then it's back to the fifth shutdown while Trump's in office. Does this happen in your part of the world? Don't dissociate. Don't let your guard down. The danger is always there. Protect yourself.

Don't Dissociate

A long day of fighting symptoms and a lower appetite. Sometimes chest pain happens and you try to not fall apart. Is my body just falling apart from fighting every single day? Not sure. But what choice do you have? Don't dissociate. Don't fall apart and have no idea of where you are. This will just make your pain even worse. Protect yourself.

The Shutdown and Other Pain

Day 34 of the shutdown, and no end in sight. Protect yourself as best you can. We know we're following the right things. But your symptoms and pain are always there. Still trying to reach my cardiologist. He wanted me to stop two of my heart meds. But it feels like that's making my heart functioning rate lower and harder to eat small meals and drink small amounts of liquid. We'll keep trying. It's not your fault.
