Screen Everything

A long day with pain and exhaustion that just won't quit. But you have to keep going because that's what you do. Protect yourself.

You Have to Fight Back

Trying to have some sense of rest. But the pain and exhaustion never stop. Protect yourself.

Portect Yourself

It feels like triggering stuff is everywhere you look. You can leave your house. But everything has to be screened. Sometimes why bother watching TV. Other people have the luxury of not having to think about this. But trauma survivors can never let their guard down. This week we feel like we've had about 3 hours of sleep. Despite this you have to fight back. You can't just sit back and do nothing. Why do the rich and powerful allow sick racists like Trump to continue to do damage everywhere he goes? Because they can manipulate him to protect their political survival. That and he's mentally ill. Which means the ONLY thing he gives a shit about is himself. How's your part of the world? Protect yourself.

Almost No Sleep and Constant Symptoms

Lots of doctor appointments and almost no sleep at all. You're constantly rundown and fight to not fall apart. Why? Because you have to. Triggering stuff is everywhere. Watch regular TV? What's the point? But no matter what, you're not responsible for others who say and do horrible stuff. Nobody makes them do that. So they live with the consequences. Protect yourself.

Pain Never Goes Away

Really struggling to not relapse. It feels like triggering stuff is everywhere you look. But you have to keep going. You just have to. You have no control over other people who say and do horrible things. Nobody forces them to do that stuff. They CHOOSE to do it. So they deal with the consequences of their words and actions. Nobody else. Protect yourself.

Enjoying Your Summer Break?

How's your part of the world? Enjoying your summer holidays? Here we thought we'd be out of town. But our symptoms were bad and we just stayed around and kicked back. Every day is a constant struggle. You're always run down because of symptoms. The longer you go without a relapse, the more physically and emotionally exhausted you feel. Triggering stuff is everywhere. We know we can't singlehandedly save the world. But you do your best to be aware and care. Your well being always comes first. It's not your fault. You did nothing wrong. Admitting that you need help is not a failure in any way. Protect yourself.
