How's Your Coping Going?

More nightmares and still almost no sleep at all. You try to wake up, but the exhaustion is always there. The pain never goes away. Despite all of that, you have to fight to keep some sense of being grounded. You don't have  choice. You can't save the world all by yourself. But you do what you can. Stay safe.

You Have to Fight Back

A long day of constant exhaustion. You have to fight back. Don't relapse. Don't fall apart. You just have to.

Face Your Pain Head On

A long day of facing trauma pain head on. You feel abandoned, angry, have body pain, hallucinations and more. Despite all of that, it wasn't your fault. You're not some psychotic monster. You try to protect your well being as best you can. It's not your job to save the world all by yourself.

Pain Never Goes Away

Fighting symptoms and body pain. You have to do your best to not give in and fall apart. You just have to. Set boundaries and fight to keep your sense of being grounded. Protect yourself.

Fight Back to Protect Yourself

Another night of almost no sleep. Constant exhaustion and fighting to not black out. You have to set boundaries to protect yourself. Especially from cruel people that are severely disfunctional. Stay safe.

Some days are ultra high triggering ones. Everywhere you look there are triggering things that have to be screened. But despite that, you fight back and do your best to protect your well being. Stay safe.

More appointments

Back for another doctor's appointment. The good news? All the tests are negative. But next week time for another blood test. You can't singlehandedly save the world. But do the best you can. Protect yourself.

Don't Be Drugged Out

Had a new doctor's appointment to get a blood test done. This one was normal. But also, we talked about my trauma symptoms and pain. Those never go away. It's like you're constantly fighting to not black out or just collapse. How's your struggle going? Say safe.

You Have to Protect Your Well Being

Fighting pain and exhaustion. Protect yourself by setting boundaries and don't dissociate. Do you really want to black out and lose all track of time? No. Stay safe.

Protect Yourself

Screen everything and pay attention to tiny things in how you feel. How do you cope with abandonment, nightmares and trauma body memory? They never go away. Protect yourself as best you can.

Constantly run down and lots of trauma pain. But you fight back and do your best to not black out or fall apart. Do what you can to try and make things better. Protect yourself.

Struggling to not black out as you feel like you have no energy. We really don't want to have a relapse and pig out on salt, sugar and other junk. Trauma survivors have a constant craving for those. Set boundaries and don't relapse. It's been almost one month now with no dissociative relapse. Stay safe.

A long day with no energy. A constant struggle to not dissociate and black out. You can never let your guard down. You have to fight back. Protect yourself at all costs.

Still Almost No Sleep at All

A long day of fighting to not dissociate and black out. Went to the therapist and we talked a lot about paying attention to tiny things in how you feel. Others don't have to give this stuff a  second thought. But we can never let our guard down in a good way. Set boundaries. If necessary, turn the TV off for the day. If your well being isn't the first priority, you can't be effective. Protect yourself.

Protect Yourself

You can't singlehandedly save the world all by yourself. But you can be aware and try to try to make things better. You just have to. Having said that, your well being is mandatory. If that's not together, you can't be effective. Trump is sick, racist and twisted. Do everything you can to get rid of him. Protect yourself.
