It's Not Your Fault

Fighting exhaustion, nightmares and more trauma pain. We struggle to remember that it's not our fault. Others who say and do horrible things have to deal with their consequences of THEIR actions. No one else's. You have to keep going.

Impeachment Forever?

The "impeachment trial" continues. No evidence or witnesses. Then again, it's not a criminal trial. So make it up as you go along. More exhaustion. But you have to fight back. Protect yourself.

Impeachment and Other Stuff

The first day of the "impeachment trial", and there's no end to it. We always struggle to try and get some sleep, if any at all. But you have to keep going. You just have to. Protect yourself.

Impeachment, Exhaustion and More

Tomorrow Trump's "impeachment trial" starts. How long will it last? Anybody's guess. Trauma pain is always there. We're always fighting exhaustion and to not relapse. Stimulants only make things way worse. Protect yourself.

Protect Yourself

Don't relapse. We still struggle to try and get some sleep at all at night. But, it almost never works, which means fighting exhaustion the next day. You have to fight back. Protect yourself.

Don't Dissociate

Keep going. Because you just have to. While this is true, the pain never goes away. Also the exhaustion. Don't relapse. Tons of stimulants just makes symptoms worse. The tolerance just isn't there. Protect yourself.

Fighting to Not Dissociate

How's your part of the world? Will impeachment ever happen? We're fighting hard to not black out due to exhaustion. What other choice do you have? Trying to get any sleep at night is still a struggle. Do your nightmares still happen? They do here, and you try hard to remember it's just a bad dream. But the pain never goes away. Protect yourself.

How Does It Look So Far?

Now 6 days in 2020, and what's happening?: A possible new war with Iran. Global market turmoil (always a reflection of events and emotions). Triggering stuff is everywhere you look. Be aware, care and screen everything to protect your well being. But the key is this. Your well being comes first. If not, you can't be effective. Trauma pain is always there. Despite that, keep going because you have to.

Happy 2020

Greetings and Happy New Year. How are things so far? Here it's been trying to rest after a really bad stomach ache. Tomorrow it's back to doctor appointments, tests and more. The pain never goes away. But you do your best to set boundaries and protect your well being as best you can. Protect yourself.
