Still Almost No Sleep at All

A long day of fighting to not dissociate and black out. Went to the therapist and we talked a lot about paying attention to tiny things in how you feel. Others don't have to give this stuff a  second thought. But we can never let our guard down in a good way.

Set boundaries. If necessary, turn the TV off for the day. If your well being isn't the first priority, you can't be effective.

Protect yourself.
