Dont Let Your Guard Down

Another night of almost no sleep at all. No nightmares, but you feel miserable as you wake up every hour and try to get some rest. Then, fight symptoms all day long and try to protect yourself.

Triggering stuff is everywhere. Some days you don't watch TV. You just focus on trying not to let your guard down. Don't dissociate and fall apart. You don't have a choice. You have to fight back.

You have to protect yourself.
