Fight Back

You can't just sit back and do nothing. You have to fight back. It's constant burnout. But you don't have a choice.

You're not abnormal in any way.
You have health problems that are connected to a horrible trauma history.
Denial will only make things worse.
Don't dissociate.

Protect yourself.
