Don't Let Your Guard Down

Pain and burnout are always there. But you do your best to try and cope. Triggering stuff is everywhere. You can't take on the pain of the world and your pain all at once.

It's not your fault. You did nothing wrong. You're not a danger to anybody. You're not strange in any way. The severity of your trauma symptoms is equal to the severity of your trauma history.

Protect yourself.
