Fighting to Not Fall Apart

No sleep. Constant exhaustion. Body pain and other types are always there. Don't let your p/h get totally out of balance. That only makes dissociating way worse. You have to protect yourself.

Triggering stuff is everywhere. You're not responsible for the horrible things that others say and do. They have to deal with the consequences. Not us.

It's not our fault.
We did nothing wrong.
We're not a danger to anybody.
Pain never goes away.

Protect your well being.
