Pain Is Flooding Out

Everyone has their own trauma history and things that they struggle with. There's no one cure fits all cases. But at a certain point, your pain floods out. You can't let your guard down. If you do for a split second, it's too much. Some sadly kill themselves.

Have we thought about offing ourselves? Yes. But we'd never do that. Psychologically it's important to admit that those thoughts are there. You have to fight back. We used to have lots of destructive things to hide behind. No, not any more. So it only makes sense that at times you feel paralyzed.

You feel abandoned. Nobody listened or asked the right things. Lots of people say and do horrible things. But you don't want to turn into a burned out angry survivor. Despite that, you have every right to your anger, despair and pain.

Protect yourself.
