Pay Attention to Small Things

No nightmares last night. But symptoms and exhaustion are always there. Is it just us? Or does everything feel triggering? Everywhere you look, nothing seems safe.

Is the entire world falling apart? Hopefully not. Instead, a holistic idea about intuition. The healthier you are, the more receptive you are. We feel at times like we're about 6 steps ahead of everybody else. While we're not 100% in our intuition all the time, we do pretty good.

Listen to it as best you can. Pay attention to tiny things in how you feel. The tiny voice inside is there for a reason.
