Trump tried to sell his racist wall on TV. Pure lies and fear. Meanwhile the government shutdown continues.

Trying hard not to fall apart from depression. Focus on tangible things. Don't let your guard down where you might relapse. You have to protect yourself.

Exhaustion

Another night of almost no sleep at all. You try to fall asleep, but then almost every hour on the hour you wake up. You try to get out of bed and feel like you got hit by a car. Add to that nightmares. Then, you struggle thru the rest of the day trying to not black out from exhaustion and dissociating. What choice do you have? Pain Is Always There

Another day of fighting symptoms and trauma pain. Arthritic pain comes and goes. Now, it's back again. I can walk, but it hurts. But you have to fight back. Don't let your guard down. If you do, you'll fall apart. The pain is always there. You're not permenantly damaged. But it never goes away. Set boundaries as best you can. You have to protect your well being.
