Forget Labels

Your pain never goes away. Others apply lots of labels. Mental illness. Disability. We say set all of that aside because you have health problems. You try to cope as best you can.

The longer you go without having a relapse, the more debilitating the pain. At times we really have to focus to not feel paralyzed.

What else can you do?
